Study abroad program for students of other universities

This program is designed for students and tutors of other universities, who want to complete an educational course at Narxoz University.



Candidate Requirements

• Good academic performance at the current university.
  
  
• The level of English (B2) (if applying for the English programs).
  
  
• Fluent Russian (if applying for the Russian programs).
  
  

Admission Requirements

• Write an official letter addressed to the rector using a template.
  
  
• Provide an academic transcript for the previous period of study.
  
  
• Provide a copy of your ID card or a copy of your passport. Foreign students are to provide the original passport.
  
  
• Fill in a learning agreement on a template.
  
  
• Register for the discipline.
  
  
• Fill out a candidate's questionnaire using a template.
  
  
• Make one electronic photo of 3 * 4 cm for the candidate's application form.
  
  
• Make one photo of 3 * 4 cm – 4 pcs.
  
  

To undergo training under the study abroad program, it is necessary to collect a package of documents and send scanned copies to academic.mobility@narxoz.kz



Stay in a dormitory

• Make a photo of 3 * 4 cm – 5 pcs.
  
  
• Take a picture of fluorography in Kazakhstan or in your own country with the provision of description in Russian.
  
  
• Provide a certificate of having no HIV. You can go through the analysis in your own country and provide the description in Russian.
  
  
• Make a medical certificate.
  
  
• Provide a copy of your ID or passport.
  
  

Additional Information

• When crossing the border in the migration card, you need to specify the educational purpose of the arrival.
  
  
• From the moment of arrival, you must register your passport within five calendar days.

Deadlines

• Deadline for submission of documents for the fall semester until August 1, 2019.
  
  
• Deadline for submission of documents for the spring semester until December 15, 2019.

For students from countries with a visa regime deadline is: July 26, 2020


For students from countries with a visa-free regime deadline is: August 20, 2020


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS


The Admission Office will need the following documents:

• Diploma or certificate of completion of education;
  
  
• Passport (3 copies)
  
  
• Medical Documents
  
  
• Medical report № 086 – a certificate stating that the applicant has no medical contraindications that might cause his/her health to deteriorate under the normal academic workload
  
  
• Chest X-Ray
  
  
• Passport photo – see sample below. The photo should be 3×4 (6 pcs) with a white background and no shadows. Applicants' faces should be clearly seen, and they should have a neutral expression in the photo.
